Nintendo launches WiFi service in McDonald’s…
The news is a couple days old, but Nintendo and Wayport have teamed up to configure about 6,000 McDonald’s locations for Nintendo’s WiFi service. I think it’s cool that that will expose a HUGE number of people to the DS, but I also don’t like Nintendo associating themselves with one of the most despicable empires on the planet. Still, it’s very clear that Nintendo is not fucking around with their online service.
The Nintendo WiFi service launches November 14th, coinciding with (most notably) Mario Kart DS’s launch.
