Employed
Got hired on today at a computer repair shop in town. By “in town” I mean Portland proper, and it’s a bit of a commute, but it should be fun. I pretty much just fix computers, I start at a great hourly wage and have the opportunity to make quite a bit more as I prove myself. My boss also seems like a really cool guy. The interview was pretty casual and I seem to have done well. I didn’t really expect to get a job this quickly; I was burning through my savings pretty quickly (including during my last few months of employment back home) but now I can hold onto what’s left of it and maybe start building it back up again.

Yippee!!!! By the way, were you aware of the fact that one of your posts is full of (at least 2) errors? Totally out of character for you and totally annoying to me as an editor. Other than that, sounds like Portland is your kind of town.

To which post do you refer? Somebody must have hacked into my account and made some grammatical errors or something. Bastards!
Or there’s a good chance I was drunk.

It’s the Dennis post so I’m figuring had you gone with Dennis, you wouldn’t have screwed up your post.
Then again, it could have been the beers.

Still don’t know what you’re talking about. Unless you’re referring to my phonetic spelling of “psych”, because I didn’t think anybody would know what the hell I meant.

You ARE slipping! Line 5 “the job I to which I…” and there’s another one in that post but I’m going to let you find it.
